    2024.07.25 - 9:15am The root cause of the NBCC network outage in Saint John has been identified as a power related issue. Remediation is underway. There is no estimated time to restore services yet.

    The NBCC wired and wireless network is currently unavailable at the Saint John Grandview and AHEC campuses. Our team is investigating the incident and hope to have services restored shortly. As a result, all IT services are unavailable to staff and students in both locations, including such things as: -Access to the Internet on NBCC’s wireless and wired networks -All Microsoft 365 services (Teams, email, OneDrive, etc.) -VoIP telephone services (Teams Calling) -NBCC@work -All NBCC webpages -D2L Brightspace -Non-NBCC websites (Google, Facebook, etc.) from on campus or corporate -NBCC's Virtual Private Network (VPN) We will provide a status update the NBCC Saint John community no later that 9am today, July 25th.
