Alertus Desktop Activator Error Message

    We have received information on a possible fix to stop the error message from appearing. The team is currently reviewing the information the vendor has provided, and will determine a course of action.

    Some staff have been getting Windows pop up messages from the Alertus Desktop Activator, displaying an error. 

    The error window can be closed, until the error stops popping up. The Alertus software is still functioning properly. 

    Our team is working with the vendor to determine the cause.

Issue with iExpense for some users

    GNB is working with Microsoft to find a temporary workaround. GNB is also working towards a final solution for July. Anybody having trouble accessing iexpense should try restarting their computer first; if that doesn't fix it, please enter a ticket and an IT analyst will find you a way to submit your expenses.
